Anti-Bullying & Respectful Conduct Policy

 

Our Commitment

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Our platform exists to encourage open dialogue, shared learning, and meaningful connection. Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.

Participation in our live group discussions means agreeing to uphold this standard.

 

What We Define as Bullying

Bullying includes any behavior—verbal, written, visual, or behavioral—that demeans, threatens, or targets another participant. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal attacks, insults, or name-calling

• Mocking, shaming, or humiliating comments

• Discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or background

• Repeated interruptions or attempts to silence others

• Harassment through private messages or public chat

• Encouraging others to exclude or target an individual

Intent does not outweigh impact. If behavior causes harm or creates an unsafe atmosphere, it will be addressed.

 

Expected Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Speak to others with respect, even during disagreement

• Listen without interrupting or dismissing others’ experiences

• Critique ideas—not people

• Allow space for diverse perspectives

• Follow moderator guidance during live sessions

Healthy debate is welcome. Hostility is not.

 

Moderation & Enforcement

To protect the integrity of our community, we reserve the right to take action when this policy is violated. Actions may include:

• Verbal or written warnings

• Temporary muting or removal from a session

• Suspension or permanent removal from the platform

• Blocking access to future events

Moderators may act immediately when behavior threatens the safety or wellbeing of participants.

 

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness bullying, we encourage you to report it. Reports can be made:

• During a live session (via moderator tools)

• Through our designated reporting or contact channels

All reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is strictly prohibited.

 

Our Shared Responsibility

A respectful community doesn’t happen automatically—it’s something we build together. By participating, you agree to help create a space where everyone feels heard, safe, and valued.
